On Monday 16 May Primary 6 enjoyed an early transition event hosted by James Gillespie’s High School’s Modern Languages department.
Over the course of a few hours the pupils learned how to count to 99 in Mandarin (which you can do by learning 1-10); to talk about pets in German; to talk about sports in Spanish, and to order food in French.
The event, which was organised by JGHS, was interactive and engaging. Our pupils were motivated and participated fully in the lessons, gaining more and more confidence as the day progressed. Truly a delight to be part of.
Well done, P6. ❤️
