Painting Outside!

We discovered a little note from the fairies asking us to teach them anything we wanted! So we taught them about doubles, about different Pokemon and even taught them our digraphs. We enjoyed painting with our muddy paint all over the nature garden.

Fashion Show Stars!

Well done for your confidence today in our Fashion Show. Your t-shirts were fantastic. All of P1 did amazingly!

P1b- Frogspawn adventure!

Thanks to Amy for showing us the frogspawn in her garden pond! She taught us all about the life cycle of a frog. She also explained what was needed for the perfect pond (including oxygenating pond plants and steps for animals to use to climb in and out of!) 

P1b- Onion the Elf has a problem

Onion the elf came to our class today from Fairyland. He was quite upset because the roof of his house was leaking. We investigated which materials were waterproof so we could plan to fix his roof!

The Billy Goats Gruff Bridge Building

We came in earlier this week to find a letter from the Three Billy Goat’s Gruff. They were in distress as their bridge was about to break in two. They told us they might be gobbled up by that mean old troll! We decided to help them design a bridge. Here are our designs:
